EXCEL

My experiance with excell started off very rough but i am slowly getting the hang of things. Everything that we have gone over has been all new information to me. In my classes i will definitely use theconditional formatting and all the graph designes. In real life I an looking forward to providing a graph for the information that I collect, maybe with basketball stats who knows :-). The only thing that i dont like about the program is that it is different with Macs and PC's

CopyWRONG

During my academic career plagiarism and all the copyright red tape just posed as a nuisance. A overly redundant and picky process to cover and protect my work. However, after Jason Hardin’s talk on copyright, I plan on being far more careful not only in the academic realm but also in dealing with the fuzzy line that surrounds file sharing and downloading music. The idea that it is considered a felony if you make more than 10 copies of something off the Internet freaks me out! I thought that it was really interesting that Copyright was first created to enforce individual rights dating back to 1790. And that it was created to promote and protect useful arts and sciences for the newly found America, knowing how important a strong cultural base is for a country. By issuing a Copyright law it also provide economic incentive for those artist and intellectual thinkers to feel confident that their finding would not be compromised or stolen.

INNER NET-WORKINGS OF A WIRELESS CAMPUS

This is my Networking Diagram illustrating the Trinity wireless connection. After the tour of the Halsell network system, it showed me how complicated our system is to protect and maintain, yet still allowing it to be relatively simple for the Trinity Students to use and navigate. I decided to use ClipArt, screenshots, and text boxes to create this diagram.

TRINITY MYSTERY SPOT

Hey class, this is my mystery location. I chose this spot on campus because it is a location that I walk through every single day. I altered the photo but creating a back frame that makes my picture look like a polaroid picture, with an accenting maroon background. I adjusted the pictures sharpness, coloring, contouring, the exposure and a boost effect. I did all of these changes in order to make my picture have similar qualities as an actual polaroid picture. Also, I added a text on the bottom of my picture in order to provide you a clue. good luck!

TECH TIPS- thanks Joe

WOW, thanks to Joe Hatch i now know that Macs are not invincible to getting a virus, ultimately allowing a hacker into my information. The best tip we got was about emptying our browser. I definitely plan on doing it frequently and hopefully it will improve my internet speed and the overall performance of my computer.
